If you use our online notary service, BizInfoHub is legally obligated to store certain personal information for at least 5 years. We will store an audio and visual recording of your notary session, the identification document and details you provided to verify your identity, the document(s) uploaded for notarization in their original, working, and completed form, and all information required for the notary’s journal. The notary from your notary session, as well as other parties according to law or your permissions, may also store and view this information.
Document Preparation and Privacy of Information
The information you provide when preparing a document on our website is held strictly confidential. For your protection, provide a valid email address that will not block email from BizInfoHub. To change your password, you must use the email address associated with your account. We do not disclose passwords over the phone.
